Your purchase is protected under Australian Consumer Law. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, incomplete or not as described, please contact us with your order number and photos, preferably within 30 days of delivery.
We will provide an appropriate solution, including repair, replacement parts, replacement or refund, depending on the issue.
For confirmed product issues covered under Australian Consumer Law, we cover reasonable return shipping costs and arrange collection for large furniture. Reasonable return expenses already paid may also be reimbursed.
All our furniture comes with a 3-year warranty for added peace of mind.
